Overall Committee Charge:

To educate, promote and catalyze residential green building in the Triangle region and North Carolina.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities:

Support residential committee efforts including education of residential investors, developers, builders, homeowners, appraisers, and realtors/brokers. 

Benefits & Intended Outcome:

Support chapter volunteers to increase chapter growth and implementation of the chapter mission
