Organize annual chapter spring membership event and annual gala/awards dinner at GreenNC

Major Tasks / Responsibilities:

Spring Membership Event: Identify venue, theme & speakers.  Coordinate catering and logistics

GreenNC Gala/Awards Dinner: Select awards categories, collect nominations and select winners.  Identify event speaker.  Coordinate catering and logistics  

Benefits & Intended Outcome:

Support chapter in recognizing and celebrating its successes in making a more sustainable North Carolina.

Volunteer Qualifications:

Expected Investment from Volunteer:

1 year term.  2-4 hours/month with increased workload in March/April and November/December
