Credential Maintenance Program Manager


Summary:

Manager the chapter's Credential Maintenance Program (CMP) including organizing submissions to USGBC to gain continuing education credit for chapter events.

Committee:

Education Committee

Overall Committee Charge:

Plan  and execute educational events to support the chapters mission of transforming the green building marketplace.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities:

·  Work with event organizers to gather proper documentation for continuing education credit
·  Submit documentation to USGBC
·  Organize submission for Green NC Conference in December
·  Manage chapter CMP credits and education portfolio

Volunteer Qualifications:

Organizational skills

Expected Investment from Volunteer:

1 year term, 3-5 hours per month, including a monthly committee meeting

Education Committee Co-Chair – Gray Talley

Investment from Organization:

Support of education committee, event planners, and chapter executive director

Performance Standards & Expectations:

Obtain CEU credits for as many chapter events as possible

Confirm credits at least 4 weeks before events to allow for marketing of available credits.
