This first Triangle USGBC Lunch and Learn of 2012 explores several case studies of how unexpected LEED synergies can affect those who work in the building. • Learn about applicable LEED synergies and explore strategies to deal with obstacles presented.
  • Identify ways to incorporate LEED synergies into a design without sacrificing comfort for the building’s occupants.
  • Understand the initial and life cycle cost impacts of LEED and other sustainable energy practices on the acoustics of a building.
  • The constructability impact of LEED design issues in the build process
