Green Drinks is a social affair hosted by the Triangle USGBC. Come out and enjoy a cold beverage as you network with members of the sustainability community. This month's Green Drinks will be held at Isaac Hunter's Oak City Tavern, in Downtown Raleigh.

Guest Speaker Beth Stewart we will be discussing a local Eco-conscious fashion show: Redress Raleigh.  Redress Raleigh promotes local eco-friendly designers with attainable, durable, and innovative collections that encompass sustainable practices. Redress Raleigh also educates the public on different aspects of eco-fashion and do-it-yourself apparel alterations. In addition, Redress Raleigh produces an eco-fashion show highlighting local sustainable talent and supports community organizations, and donates part of the proceeds to MorLove. MorLove is a community of environmentally and globally conscious artists, who hone their talents while helping those in need. Please come to listen to Beth speak about past and upcoming events with Redress Raleigh. Beth is no stranger to our chapter. In fact, Redress Raleigh was created in 2008 while Beth served as co-chair of the Triangle Emerging Green Builders (now USGBC Emerging Professionals).
