The presenters will be Paula Vaughn and Carlie Bullock-Jones. Learn how to apply the LEED BD+C rating systems, using LEED for New Construction as the focus, to a real project by walking through the phases of a typical project and the key decisions that project teams must make, including key stakeholder considerations. Engage with experienced LEED® Faculty™ and other participants in interactive activities using case examples that enable you to work hands-on with LEED implementation strategies and rating system tools, including project forms from LEED Online v3. Emphasis is placed on LEED 2009 for New Construction & Major Renovations, but those working on older versions of LEED can apply what they learn. BD+C 251 or BD+C 252 is recommended prior to taking this course.
