Laying the Foundation Matching Campaign

  1. Your gift to the Triangle Chapter is more important than ever.

    From now until May 15th, Choate Construction and Balfour Beatty Construction are matching every dollar in donations up to $2,500 total.

    That means your gift of $100 will result in $300 in outreach and community service. If 25 supporters give $100 each, we will turn that $2,500 raised into $7,500 to make green buildings a reality in the region for all our residents - regardless of income and age.

    100% of individual donations, like membership dues, stay in the region and are invested locally.

    Donations over and above membership are what make it possible for the chapter:
    • To provide free and subsidized rates to students and underserved populations to educational events.
    • To create new learning opportunities such as internships and special research projects that promote effective green building strategies.
    • To outreach to the community partners on home building, weatherization and homeowner education for new and low-income home owners.
    • To create dynamic education opportunities that remain accessible to a diversity of audiences from public officials to local churches to at risk youth.
