The Executive Committee, comprised of the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the Chapter's Board of Directors, handles the Board’s fiduciary management, strategic plans, policies and decisions as consistent with the chapter’s mission. The executive committee is specifically responsible for managing the Chapter Executive Director. The Executive Committee engages in the decision making process between Board meetings or in urgent circumstances.

Committee Goals for 2012
• Manage the administration of the Chapter & Chapter Executive Director
• Serve as the main contact with USGBC national for Chapter business, especially the Chair, who serves as the spoke person for the Chapter
• Is responsible for fiduciary management, strategic planning and visioning for the Chapter
